Butter on a Stick

During this time of year, a popular American event in our culture is the county fair. Known for games and rides, they are also known for popular food vendors. Fried Dough, Fried Oreo’s, and Funnel cake are all common fair foods. Recently, as more and more foods come in to be sold, a new fair food has been popping up across fairs: butter on a stick. Masterclass for those who think cholesterol is  just a number. Butter on a stick is a savory commodity. Some have corn on the side of their butter on a stick, and for those wanting a healthier option, some vendors offer a stick of margarine.
